I’m partnering with a global engineering and technical services organisation undergoing a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong HRIS and data migration experience to support a critical phase of the programme.
You’ll be the bridge between HR, IT and the Data Migration team, making sure requirements are crystal clear and the migrated HR data is fit for purpose. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape requirements, support data mapping and play a key role in SIT and UAT.
What you’ll be doing
- Working with HR, IT and project stakeholders to capture and document business and technical requirements for SAP SuccessFactors and data migration.
- Documenting HR processes impacted by the new system and migration activities.
- Supporting the Data Migration Lead to review data mapping and transformation logic.

- Preparing test scenarios and scripts for SIT and UAT; supporting business users during testing.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and resolve issues quickly.
- Providing clear, concise updates on progress, risks and dependencies.
- Ensuring that all activities align with GDPR and internal data governance standards.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on HRIS / HR systems projects.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central exposure is a strong plus).
- Proven data migration experience (mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation).
- Solid understanding of HR processes and HR data structures.
- Confident with requirements documentation and process modelling.
- Comfortable preparing and supporting SIT and UAT.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Awareness of GDPR and data governance in the context of HR data.
What’s in it for you?
- £400 per day (inside IR35).
- 5-month contract with a high-impact HR transformation programme.
- Fully remote from anywhere in the UK.
- Opportunity to work with a mature, global programme team using modern HR tech.
- Chance to own a visible workstream and add tangible value in a short timeframe.
