Job Description


About the Opportunity:

The organization provides AI-powered conversation intelligence and AI agents for contact centers, enabling automated customer service at enterprise scale. The Product Manager will own key areas of the platform, defining and delivering autonomous customer service solutions through collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead strategy and roadmap for a core part of the organization’s AI customer service platform.

• Gather insights from customers, prospects, industry leaders, and competitors.

• Translate roadmap into actionable projects with clear product requirements documents (PRDs).

• Conduct experiments and track success metrics for shipped features.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to deliver reliable, scalable features.

• Monitor product metrics such as accuracy, containment, task success rates, CSAT, and cost efficiency.

• Stay informed on large language models, evaluation frameworks, and competitive offerings.


Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, machine learning platforms, developer products, or technically complex systems.

• Strong sense of ownership with attention to detail.

• Demonstrable success in developing deep networking relationships within product verticals.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions, define success metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategy.

• Experience structuring ambiguous problem spaces and driving alignment across teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with engineers, designers, senior leaders, and customers.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.


Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, large language models, fine-tuning, or agentic architectures.

• Experience in high-growth startups or rapidly changing markets.

• Background in real-time systems, conversational AI, or contact center technology.
