Seeking a highly experienced Senior React Developer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing highly dynamic, user-facing applications. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the React ecosystem, committed to best practices in performance, testing, and UI architecture within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and lead the development of highly scalable and reusable UI components using React.js and TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
- Define and implement robust state management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand) for complex application states.
- Drive performance optimization initiatives, including bundle size reduction, code splitting, and ensuring exceptional user experience (UX) and accessibility (A11Y).
- Ensure seamless integration with backend RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
- Implement and manage CI/CD processes for frontend deployments and manage source control via Git/GitHub.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into functional, high-quality applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a deep focus on component-based architecture.
- Deep expertise with React.js and its core principles (Hooks, Context).
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
- Strong experience with state management (Redux/Context) and implementing comprehensive testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, modern build tools (Webpack/Vite), and cloud deployment concepts.
- Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Micro-frontend architecture and module federation.
- Experience in performance monitoring tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Web Vitals).
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
