Overview
The NCS Global Mobility Team plays a pivotal role in fostering global collaboration and talent mobility via cross-border movements of our people. The team is instrumental in supporting NCS’s global expansion plans by working closely with various business units to navigate the complexities of overseas deployments; while ensuring a seamless experience for our people and compliance with immigration and tax regulations.
As a Global Mobility Intern, you will contribute to enhancing the Global Mobility Framework; while supporting initiatives related to international assignments, international business travel and remote working arrangements.
This internship provides you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cross-cultural HR practices and global talent management.

What You’ll Do:
During your internship, you will contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. You will in involved in the following initiatives, depending on the projects and priorities taking place at the time:
Global Mobility Knowledge Enablement:
- Design mobility resources & comms to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalable knowledge sharing across the global mobility ecosystem
- Maintain the Global Mobility Resource Hubs housing overarching global processes, guidelines, templates
- Enhance content on the Global Mobility Hub to raise awareness of topics related to cross-border movements (e.g. mobility opportunities, infographics, factsheets, FAQs, mobility providers info, mobility journeys, mobility conversations, etc.)
- Support all mobility-related communications and outreach activities to our people
Global Mobility Framework Enhancement:
- Contribute to research on trends, policy and allowance reviews, process optimisation, and the adoption of mobility technologies to elevate efficiency and the employee experience.
Global Mobility Experience Management:
- Support the management and continuous improvement of key mobility lifecycle touchpoints to deliver a smooth and positive experience for our international assignees
Mobility Vendor Partnerships:
- Support the evaluation & procurement process to onboard key mobility vendors; and partner them to ensure a seamless provision of services to our people (including accommodation, relocation, immigration, tax, travel, etc.).
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) & Design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
