FindVil is revolutionizing how people search for jobs. We've built an AI-powered job search platform that automates the entire job search process β searching hundreds of job sites 24/7, generating tailored resumes in 15 seconds, and helping job seekers land interviews faster. We're a bootstrapped, early-stage startup that's live with real users. We're growing and solving a problem that affects 50+ million job seekers annually in the US alone. What We Need
We are looking for someone who can:
Content Creation (60%):
- Create 15-20 social media posts per week (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok)
- Write compelling copy that drives engagement (likes, shares, comments)
- Repurpose content across platforms (one idea β 5 different formats)
- Create simple graphics using Canva (This is a bonus point but help is available)
- Film/edit short-form videos (phone is fine - authenticity > production quality)
Strategy & Growth (30%):
- Develop content calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns
- Identify trending topics in job search / career space and create timely content
- Engage with comments, DMs, and community (build relationships, not just post)
- Track metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, conversions from social)
- Run experiments (A/B test content types, posting times, messaging)
Community Building (10%):
- Engage in relevant Reddit communities (r/jobs, r/resumes, r/careeradvice)
- Participate in LinkedIn groups and discussions
- Identify micro-influencers and create partnership opportunities
- Monitor mentions and respond to questions about FindVil
Who You Are
Required:
- Portfolio showing social media work (REQUIRED - links to accounts you've managed or personal brand you've built)
- 2+ years managing social media (for brands, personal brand, or clients)
- Strong writing skills (you can tell stories, not just make random posts)
- Understanding of each platform's algorithm (what works on LinkedIn β what works on TikTok)
- Data-driven (you track metrics and adjust based on what works)
- Self-starter (You'll be given goals, you figure out how to hit them)
Preferred:
- Experience in startup or early-stage company environments
- Personal social media following (shows you understand audience building)
- Experience with B2C products (especially in career/job search space)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Personality:
- Empathetic: You understand job seekers' pain (maybe you've been there)
- Creative: You see content opportunities everywhere
- Scrappy: You create great content without big budgets
- Authentic: You reject corporate-speak and write like a human
- Fast: You can create quality content quickly
Responsibilities
Daily:
- Post 2-3 times across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok)
- Engage with comments and DMs (respond within 30 minutes)
- Monitor trending topics and create timely content
- Track daily metrics (engagement, follower growth)
Weekly:
- Content planning for upcoming week
- Create 15-20 social posts (text + graphics/videos)
- Analyze what performed well and adjust strategy
- Report on metrics and insights
Monthly:
- Develop content calendar for next month
- Analyze growth trends and set goals
- Test new content formats or platforms
- Collaborate on campaigns aligned with product launches
