Role Description
We are seeking a Facebook Social Media Manager (Freelance) to manage and grow our presence specifically on Facebook. Responsibilities include planning and creating Facebook content, managing pages and groups, optimizing posts, increasing engagement, and analyzing Facebook insights and performance data.
This position is 100% remote and commission-based (High Commission) only (no fixed salary). Earnings depend on performance and results achieved through Facebook outreach, engagement, and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Facebook Marketing and Facebook content strategy
- Strong skills in communication, content planning, and writing
- Experience managing Facebook pages, campaigns, and engagement analytics
- Understanding of Facebook algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and deliver results remotely
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Graphic design or multimedia content creation is a plus
- Must speak Kurdish (required).
- English and Arabic are strong advantages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
