Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager capable of bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline to an early-stage AI and data product.
Someone who understands how to shape a product from the ground up, drive strategy, and translate real user needs into scalable solutions.
This role requires a hands-on builder who can lead the product lifecycle end-to-end—Discovery, Requirements, Prioritization, Delivery, and Iteration—while optimizing AI-powered analytics tools for our users.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Strong background in SaaS, BI tools, or AI/ML platforms
- Solid understanding of data modeling, dashboards, KPIs, and user journeys
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and product discovery techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and communicate technical concepts
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments and establishing processes from scratch
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
Qualifications
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap definition, and lifecycle management
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder alignment and cross-functional leadership
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and data ecosystems
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fully remote setup
