The Customer Success Software Engineer role is responsible for ensuring our customers’ ultimate technical success in scaling, building, and deploying world-class AI Agents on top of our powerful platform.
In this diverse, customer-facing role, you will:
- Provide technical and architectural consulting and advice to customer teams and leadership.
- Solve complex, often mission-critical problems with customer deployments and applications.
- Promote platform knowledge and feature adoption to our customers.
- Propose, design, and build the tools and processes that power our business.
- Design and Development: Analyze, design, develop, and debug RESTful APIs and implement custom functionality within the Moveo.AI platform to meet complex customer requirements.
- AI Agent Implementation: Utilize the Moveo.AI platform to create, configure, and refine AI Virtual Agents.
- Consulting & Support: Deliver comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support and solutions on a wide range of issues.
- Training & Enablement: Provide technical consultancy and training on the Moveo.AI platform for customer teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as the day-to-day contact for project status, scope, and changes.
- Problem Resolution: Take ownership of complex technical problems, driving them to resolution individually or effectively managing escalations.
Must have:
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Prior hands-on experience implementing web services
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages: Javascript (or Typescript), Python, Golang
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2+ years of overall experience in analyzing, designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging the Software Applications in a company setting
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills necessary
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Strong attention to deadlines
- Possess an amiable personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven insights and solutions.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Other Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Understanding of the ML project lifecycle
- Knowledge of LLMs
