APRC works across the Pacific with governments, regulators, and international partners, and high-quality design is a core part of our communication, training, and policy outputs.

We now welcome applications from talented designers based anywhere, with the flexibility to work fully remote. Occasional in-person meetings in Suva may be required for Fiji-based applicants, but the role is primarily remote.

About the Role

This is a contract position with the option of remote work. The Graphic Designer will support APRC’s full suite of visual communication needs, including:

• Website graphics and digital visuals

• Social media content and campaign materials

• Corporate plans, annual reports, and strategic documents

• Training manuals, regulatory toolkits, and policy guides

• Infographics, charts, icons, and explainer visuals

• Event materials, presentation decks, and branded templates

• Any additional design support required across APRC’s technical teams

You will transform complex regulatory concepts into clean, engaging, and accessible visual content that strengthens APRC’s regional visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent APRC branding across all digital and print products

• Create graphics for social media, websites, training toolkits, and regulatory documents

• Work with technical teams to turn policy content into clear visual messaging

• Ensure strong typography, layout precision, and visual hierarchy

• Meet project deadlines while working independently in a remote environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of both print and digital work

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, grids, and brand consistency

• Experience designing for digital platforms, including websites and UI elements, is an advantage

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time well, and meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred, not essential)
