As a Senior Data / Product Analyst, you make data the driver of every major decision at Elfie. By analyzing user behavior, strengthening our analytics foundations, and running experiments, you directly shape how we retain, engage, and deliver impact to millions of patients worldwide.


Your work empowers Product, Growth, and Engagement teams to act with confidence — designing onboarding, campaigns, and features that improve health outcomes and create lasting behavior change.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, and retention using SQL and platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase.
  • Define, monitor, and report on user growth and engagement (CPI, DAU/MAU, churn, LTV, cohorts).
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize onboarding, features, and engagement mechanics.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable fast, data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to translate insights into strategies that boost stickiness and reduce churn.


What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile analytics
  • Expertise in mobile analytics platforms like Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Strong understanding of user engagement metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU ratios), cohort analysis, and retention curves.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying data and Python/R for advanced analysis.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor.
  • Familiar with DBT (Good to have)
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams
