We believe it takes great people to grow great businesses. That’s why we’re building a culture that values innovation, curiosity, and getting things done with excellence.

About the Role:

We are working with a UK-based consultancy dedicated to empowering frontline staff through innovative IT solutions. They are growing their Cape Town capability to deliver world-class workforce management solutions and scale their operations. Your ability to combine strong project management discipline with an understanding of WFM processes will be key to delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.

Location: This is a hybrid role with approx 3-4 days in our office in Cape Town. If you’re applying from another location, please be aware relocation to Cape Town will be required and would need to be arranged personally.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of WFM projects, from planning to implementation and handover
  • Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Solution Architechts, SME’s, functional and technical consultants to ensure solutions align with business needs, best practices and meet client requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, escalating risks or issues as required
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Help grow our team by contributing to best practices, mentoring colleagues, and supporting internal initiatives that strengthen our delivery capability

    • Solid understanding of workforce management processes and best practice for frontline operations
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage expectations and influence outcomes
    • Experience working in a consulting, technology, or systems integration environment is advantageous
