🎯 Key Responsibilities- Work directly with clients to assess needs, identify technical requirements, and recommend solutions
- Deliver IT consulting services across infrastructure, software, systems, or cloud environments
- Assist in planning, implementing, and supporting technology projects
- Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt technical support and resolutions
- Configure systems, tools, and environments based on client requirements
- Prepare documentation, reports, and user guides where needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless solutions
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across client environments
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and reliable follow-through
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT consulting, technical support, or systems administration
- Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and business applications
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements
- Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote work environment
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work
