We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our technology operations and support our fully remote workforce across Australia. In this role, you will oversee IT systems, manage infrastructure, ensure security compliance, and provide strategic guidance on technology initiatives that support our business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance, security, and reliability of company-wide IT systems
  • Manage software, hardware, networks, and cloud infrastructure
  • Lead IT support processes and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Develop and implement IT policies, best practices, and security standards
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and access management for staff
  • Collaborate with leadership on technology planning and budgeting
  • Evaluate and deploy new tools, systems, and automation improvements
  • Monitor system performance, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of networks, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience managing remote IT environments and distributed teams
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle critical incidents
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
  • Must be based in Australia with full working rights

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with automation, scripting, or DevOps tools
