Location: Remote (Bangladesh)

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM BD Time (1-hour break)

Salary: BDT 25,000 – 50,000 monthly (based on experience)

Ray Advertising is seeking a proactive, organized, and leadership-driven Operations Manager / Department Manager to support and oversee multiple departments within our global performance marketing organization. This is a fully Remote (Work From Home) role operating during U.S. hours.

Ray Advertising is a U.S.-based performance marketing and lead generation company specializing in Pay Per Call, affiliate marketing, and digital advertising. We connect high-intent U.S. consumers with businesses across health insurance, home services, finance, legal, and more.

We are expanding our management structure in Bangladesh, and the Operations Manager will play a key role in executing company strategies, improving workflow efficiency, and maintaining accountability across departments.


Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for executing directives from senior leadership, ensuring KPI achievement, maintaining accountability across teams, and keeping cross-department operations running smoothly.

You will oversee Marketing, IT & Design, and Affiliate & Quality Control departments — ensuring tasks, deliverables, and performance standards are met on time and with accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

1. Department Oversight & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Supervise daily operations across Marketing, IT & Design, and Affiliate & Quality Control.
  • Ensure departments meet daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
  • Track SEO progress, content output, and marketing activities.
  • Oversee IT/Design tasks such as website updates, automations, and creative production.
  • Monitor affiliate operations, campaign setups, QA checks, and traffic flow.
  • Maintain communication alignment between technical, creative, and marketing teams.
  • Execute all operational directives from senior management.

2. Task Assignment, Scheduling & Workflow Management

  • Assign tasks and manage schedules through CRM, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
  • Conduct daily task reviews to ensure accountability and timely delivery.
  • Maintain detailed task trackers with status updates and dependencies.
  • Identify workflow gaps and implement corrective actions immediately.
  • Ensure SOP compliance across all departments.

3. Performance Tracking, Reporting & KPI Management

  • Monitor daily productivity, attendance, and KPI performance.
  • Maintain accurate performance dashboards, logs, and reports.
  • Produce KPI summaries for employees and departments.
  • Track:
  • SEO metrics and marketing outputs
  • IT & Design deployment timelines
  • Affiliate accuracy and QA pass rates
  • Identify performance issues and recommend improvements to management.

4. Communication, Leadership & Team Alignment

  • Maintain clear communication between senior leadership and department heads.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with team leads.
  • Facilitate coordination between interconnected teams.
  • Motivate and mentor employees to maintain high professional standards.
  • Support organizational improvements and operational changes.

5. Quality Control, Risk Management & Issue Resolution

  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify operational issues or bottlenecks and resolve them promptly.
  • Oversee QA processes for campaigns, content, and technical outputs.
  • Escalate critical issues to management with proper documentation.
  • Continuously improve workflows and processes.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Google Sheets, dashboards, and task tracking.
  • Understanding of marketing, SEO, content workflows, affiliate operations, and basic IT processes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage night shift operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.


Experience & Education

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of on-site experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager with direct team supervision.
  • Experience in Marketing, IT, Design, Affiliate, or Quality Control is a strong advantage.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.


Probation Period

  • 1-month probation at 50% of full salary.
  • We never extend probation beyond one month.
