Reward and Share Plan Manager (HR)

Location: UK, Fully Remote


Description

Kerry Group is hiring a Reward and Share Plan Manager to join the Global HR Centre of Expertise. The role reports to the Director of Executive Reward and manages the global All-Employee Share Plan (active in 49 countries) and executive long-term incentive schemes. You will manage one direct report and work with global HR, payroll, finance, tax and legal teams. Occasional travel to Ireland is required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global All-Employee Share Plans and executive LTIs across enrolment, grant, vesting and settlement
  • Ensure compliance with international tax, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Improve operational processes and reporting standards
  • Use automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers
  • Deliver clear communications and training materials for employees worldwide
  • Provide expert advice to employees and senior leaders
  • Monitor global regulatory changes affecting equity plans
  • Support additional executive reward and global HR projects


Requirements

  • Strong experience in global share plan or equity scheme administration
  • Knowledge of international tax and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience managing executive equity cycles (grants, vesting, settlements)
  • Excellent stakeholder management across multiple regions
  • Strong communication skills, including plan education and documentation
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with Computershare or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
