Location: Remote, Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico) or South Africa
Compensation: $2,000–$2,300 USD/month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

We are a boutique growth consultancy partnering with a handful of high-growth eCommerce brands (annual revenues $2M–$20M). Our globally distributed team of six thrives on hands-on, collaborative, and innovative approaches to creative performance marketing. We focus exclusively on scaling direct-to-consumer brands through data-driven creative and paid media strategies.

 

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly-skilled Creative Designer who excels at both execution and creative strategy. This is not just a production role — we need someone who can ideate, design, and optimize high-performing Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), with an eye for visuals that convert.

You will lead creative direction across multiple brands, translating insights and performance data into ads that drive results, while collaborating closely with growth strategists and media buyers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Creative Concepting: Generate innovative, high-performing ad concepts, angles, and visual storytelling for multiple brands.
     
  • Design & Production: Produce static and video Meta ads at scale (~50–80 creatives per brand monthly, totaling ~250 ads/month).
     
  • Creative Strategy: Analyze performance data to refine creative direction and guide iterative testing.
     
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand standards are maintained while adapting creative to each brand’s tone.
     
  • Collaboration: Work closely with strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to align creative with marketing objectives.
     
  • Leadership Potential: Opportunity to grow into a lead designer role, mentoring other designers and shaping team processes.

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience designing Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong performance-driven portfolio.
     
  • Solid understanding of creative strategy and ad testing frameworks.
     
  • Skilled in video editing (30%), static ad design (70%), typography, composition, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; professional and client-facing.
     
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and self-managed, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Email marketing design, basic campaign management, landing page, and basic website updates as secondary responsibilities
  • Comfortable using AI tools and ad intelligence platforms to generate ideas and references.
  • Available to work during U.S. business hours (10am–6pm EST).
     
  • Located in Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico) or South Africa.
