Job Title: Remote Senior Google Ads PPC Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,800 - 3,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via direct deposit

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time



Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Google Ads PPC Specialist to join our client's fast-moving white label digital marketing agency. This role is for someone who can hit the ground running, manage multiple lead-generation accounts simultaneously, and operate with a high level of autonomy and precision. You’ll be part of a very small, tight-knit team where organization, ownership, and strong communication are essential.


Responsibilities

  • Manage, optimize, and scale multiple lead-generation focused Google Ads accounts (15-30+) across various industries.
  • Build and maintain high-performing campaign structures including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking. Build new campaigns, adjust, and optimize campaigns, ad groups, keywords, extensions, etc
  • Monitor performance daily and execute optimization strategies to improve CPL, ROAS, and overall lead quality.
  • Implement accurate and reliable tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, WhatConverts, and CallRail.
  • Conduct audits, develop strategies, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to maintain high-quality client deliverables and campaign outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Join daily stand-up meeting at 9:00 am PST Monday–Friday.
  • Stay available and responsive on Slack/WhatsApp during 9–5 pm PST (respond to clients within ~15 minutes during working hours)


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, managing multiple accounts simultaneously across various niches.
  • Proven background in lead generation campaigns, not just eCommerce.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of small- to mid-sized accounts efficiently.
  • Someone who considers themselves a senior-level PPC professional.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and advanced understanding of performance metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • High level of independence—able to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a very small team environment.
  • Experience with GTM, GA4, WhatConverts, CallRail, and general conversion tracking setups.

  • Experience with Microsoft Ads.
  • Familiarity with landing page CRO best practices.
  • Agency experience.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads.
  • Experience with landing page software like Lead Pages.
