Stealthwatch is proud to be partnered with a world-leading network security vendor as they continue their rapid global expansion. We’re searching for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who can combine deep technical expertise with exceptional customer-facing skills to drive adoption, retention, and long-term success across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.


The Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the trusted advisor to your customersβ€”ensuring they maximise value from cutting-edge network security solutions. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to deliver best-in-class technical guidance, solution optimisation, and strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients across the region
  • Drive customer success through solution onboarding, optimisation, and roadmap alignment
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance on deployments, integrations, and best practices
  • Own the technical relationship and act as a voice of the customer internally
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales
  • Manage escalations and ensure customers receive timely, high-quality support
  • Deliver workshops, QBRs, tailored technical reviews, and architecture recommendations


About You

  • Strong background in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud security
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Consultant, etc.)
  • Able to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about customer experience
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Bonus: experience with major security vendors, SIEM/NDR/XDR, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
