Weβre searching for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who can combine deep technical expertise with exceptional customer-facing skills to drive adoption, retention, and long-term success across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
The Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the trusted advisor to your customersβensuring they maximise value from cutting-edge network security solutions. Youβll work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to deliver best-in-class technical guidance, solution optimisation, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients across the region
- Drive customer success through solution onboarding, optimisation, and roadmap alignment
- Provide hands-on technical guidance on deployments, integrations, and best practices
- Own the technical relationship and act as a voice of the customer internally
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales
- Manage escalations and ensure customers receive timely, high-quality support
- Deliver workshops, QBRs, tailored technical reviews, and architecture recommendations
About You
- Strong background in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud security
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Consultant, etc.)
- Able to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about customer experience
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Bonus: experience with major security vendors, SIEM/NDR/XDR, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
