Job Description


Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Join our HR team and make an impact by delivering excellent support to employees and managers across multiple countries. As a People Services Partner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout the entire HR lifecycle.

This position is part of our HR Shared Service Center (SSC), supporting multiple regions and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level HR support to employees and managers, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle activities while maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and tools.
  • Coordinate HR processes related to compensation, benefits, learning, and performance.
  • Support international mobility processes, including relocation and documentation.
  • Prepare employee correspondence and reports while ensuring compliance with company standards.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is an advantage.
