Job Description
Location: Fully remote (±6 GMT strongly preferred)
Type: Full-time
Salary: $60k-$80k

The Role
Own day-to-day social execution, turn complex tech into clear and engaging content, coordinate campaigns end-to-end, and keep the marketing engine running smoothly in a high-velocity startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule and publish content across X, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, IG
- Translate decentralized infrastructure & AI concepts into accessible, high-signal posts
- Monitor community sentiment, engage daily, escalate issues fast
- Support campaign planning, asset coordination, and launch calendars
- Track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
- Support virtual & IRL events (AMAs, webinars, conference activations)
- Keep cross-functional teams aligned and on-brief
You Bring
- DePIN knowledge
- 2–5 years social media / marketing coordination experience (tech, blockchain or startup background ideal)
- Exceptional writing & editing – your voice, not AI-generated
- Comfortable briefing designers + bonus for basic Canva / video-editing skills
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (X Analytics, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, etc.)
Nice-to-Haves
- Video editing or graphic design chops
- Community-building or influencer campaign experience
