- Source, filter candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, schedule interviews
- Be the point of contact for candidates throughout the process
- Measure and own their satisfaction level
- Supporting Employer Branding
- 5+ year of Experience as a recruiter
- Track record of working and succeeding in high talent density organizations
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Educational background in business management, analytics, human resources, etc
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus
- Highly energetic! Strive to get things done and find solutions whatever it takes

- Preparation of a homework assignment
