Contract People Analytics Analyst

Job Title: People Analytics Analyst (Contract)

Duration: 6-month assignment | 40 hours per week

Location: Preferably PST; open to fully remote

Pay Rate: $110.00/hr W2

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled People Analytics Analyst to join the People Analytics team on a contract basis. This role will focus on data analysis, survey design and management, and building visualizations to inform strategic workforce decisions. The analyst will collaborate closely with team members as well as stakeholders across multiple G&A functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Survey Management: Design, distribute, and maintain survey dashboards in Qualtrics; ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights
• Dashboard Development: Build compelling dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio to clearly present people data and trends
• Workforce Planning: Support the development of workforce planning capabilities, including data modeling and forecasting
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct research and data analysis to support organizational decision-making
• Collaboration: Partner with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver on key initiatives

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards in Looker Studio
• Hands-on experience using Qualtrics for survey creation and reporting
• Proven ability to translate business needs into analytical approaches
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
• Experience with BigQuery (preferred)
