Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) delivers IT distribution, consulting and channel enablement services to leading technology vendors and partners. They are hiring a Security Services Field Success Representative to support cybersecurity service sales and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery across EMEA.
What You’ll Do
- Provide pre-sales technical support for cybersecurity Managed and Advanced Support services
- Support sales teams and partners with technical questions
- Facilitate onboarding of new customers, acting as the link between sales and service delivery
- Serve as an escalation point for delivery issues
- Work across EMEA with focus on designated territories
- Operate within a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to sales goals
What You’ll Bring
- Strong understanding of security architectures and solutions (endpoint, email, web/network protection, ZTNA)
- Ability to explain key customer benefits and common challenges
- Technical and sales acumen
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Skilled at identifying issues from incomplete data and proposing solutions
- Strong communication skills; English required, German a plus
