Security Services Field Success Representative (Technical Support Engineer)

Location: United Kingdom (Fully Remote)


Description

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) delivers IT distribution, consulting and channel enablement services to leading technology vendors and partners. They are hiring a Security Services Field Success Representative to support cybersecurity service sales and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery across EMEA.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide pre-sales technical support for cybersecurity Managed and Advanced Support services
  • Support sales teams and partners with technical questions
  • Facilitate onboarding of new customers, acting as the link between sales and service delivery
  • Serve as an escalation point for delivery issues
  • Work across EMEA with focus on designated territories
  • Operate within a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to sales goals


What You’ll Bring

  • Strong understanding of security architectures and solutions (endpoint, email, web/network protection, ZTNA)
  • Ability to explain key customer benefits and common challenges
  • Technical and sales acumen
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Skilled at identifying issues from incomplete data and proposing solutions
  • Strong communication skills; English required, German a plus
