Purpose of the Role

The Social Media Manager will lead the development and execution of Vita Health’s organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The purpose of this role is to strengthen our brand narrative, increase awareness and engagement within our wellness community, and build meaningful relationships with both consumers and partners. By owning the editorial calendar, content creation, publishing, and performance tracking, this role ensures consistency, scalability, and continuous growth across channels, supporting Vita Health’s mission to make healthier living accessible to everyone.


What You’ll Own

  • Own and manage Vita Health’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring consistency, storytelling, and alignment with brand positioning.
  • Create and edit social content end-to-end: copywriting, static images, carousels and short-form video content (Reels / TikTok).
  • Manage publishing and community engagement to build active and meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, extract insights, and continuously optimize formats, messaging, and posting cadence.
  • Collaborate with Performance, CRM, and Product teams to support campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives. Identify trends, cultural conversations, and creators relevant to our audience and translate them into content opportunities.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity consistency across all content and touchpoints.


What success looks like – 30/60/90 days

  • 30 Days - Fully onboarded into Vita Health’s brand identity, tone, and existing guidelines. - Understand key channels, audiences, and creative performance benchmarks. - Deliver first static and video assets for social and CRM, with support and feedback loops. - Establish a smooth workflow with the Social Media Manager, Content and Performance team.
  • 60 Days - Independently produce consistent, on-brand visual assets across social, CRM, and performance campaigns. - Begin creating B2B and presentation materials aligned with visual identity standards. - Improve creative production speed and iteration cycles. - Introduce first optimizations in layout, format, or visual storytelling based on performance insights.
  • 90 Days - Fully own the creative production pipeline with minimal feedback cycles. - Demonstrate measurable improvement in creative quality and performance (CTR, engagement, visual recall). - Contribute to evolving visual identity elements and templates to scale creative output. - Operate as a creative reference point across teams, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.


Ideal Profile


Hard Skills

  • Proven experience managing social media channels, Instagram, TikTok, and, nice to have, LinkedIn.
  • Ability to create and edit content end-to-end: Copywriting (caption, scripts, tone of voice consistency) Image creation/editing (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite)
  • Short-form video editing (Reels / TikTok editing tools: CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social trends, formats, and platform best practices. - Experience in planning and executing editorial calendars.
  • Basic analytics skills to interpret metrics and adjust strategy (Insights, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).


Soft Skills

  • Strong storytelling and brand communication sensitivity.
  • High level of ownership and independence in managing tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Performance, CRM, Product).
  • Proactive mindset and curiosity for emerging trends and cultural conversations.
  • Empathy and ability to engage authentically with the community.
  • Fluent Italian (essential - majority of content & community is IT-based).
  • Professional English for B2B collaboration and occasional content/materials.
