Set2Recruit is supporting a fast-moving tech client in hiring a Growth Marketer who can take full ownership of their digital presence and lead-generation engine. This position is all about increasing visibility, driving the right kind of traffic, and turning interest into qualified opportunities.
You’ll shape their search strategy, refine the website experience, run targeted campaigns, and keep a close eye on performance data to ensure every effort pushes growth forward.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and roll out search-focused initiatives, working alongside the website team and external specialists to improve rankings, optimise site content, and track SEO impact.
- Play a key role in their upcoming website update—coordinating changes, refreshing content, and handling day-to-day CMS edits.
- Experiment with discoverability on emerging AI-driven search platforms (e.g., new Google AI search formats, ChatGPT-style search surfacing).
- Build newsletters, workflows, and nurture sequences using HubSpot, ensuring prospects move smoothly through the funnel.
- Support wider demand-gen efforts by creating landing pages, forms, tracking parameters, and campaign assets.
- Keep HubSpot attribution dashboards tidy, accurate, and genuinely useful for understanding what drives the best leads.
- Break down campaign performance—traffic, conversion rates, lead quality—and turn insights into action.
- Collaborate closely with sales to make sure marketing handovers are timely and friction-free.
- Manage paid digital channels across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Google Ads, including audiences, testing, and budget pacing.
What You Bring
- Strong experience with HubSpot’s marketing tools—lists, workflows, email, reporting, and attribution.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC) and technical/on-page optimisation.
- Comfort working with CMS platforms—ideally Webflow or WordPress.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and user-behaviour tools like Hotjar.
- Familiarity with paid media ecosystems across LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- A data-friendly mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and turn metrics into next steps.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in growth, demand-gen, performance marketing, or a similar function.
- Background in quick-moving B2B environments—bonus points for deep tech or cybersecurity experience.
