Job Description


Job Title: Amazon PPC Specialist | Remote


Location: EMEA or Americas (Ideally somewhere between 8am-8pm CET)

Salary: $1500/month gross

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

In This Role, You’ll:


You’ll act as the primary point of contact for world-class founders, investors, and executives, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly, strategically, and with excellence. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll lead client calls, manage creative delivery, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Manage marketing budgets, create new Amazon campaigns, research relevant keywords, and adjust bids to improve performance
  • Support daily Amazon operations and assist the Key Account Manager in managing client accounts across multiple marketplaces
  • Execute content updates and troubleshoot issues through Amazon Support, following clear internal processes and best practices
  • Contribute to new projects, including creating product listings, writing SEO-optimized titles and bullet points, and setting up variations
  • Conduct in-depth data research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa to identify keyword opportunities, category potential, and growth insights
  • Maintain clear communication with the team, keeping everyone informed on progress, issues, and opportunities for improvement


What You’ll Bring:


Must Have Hard Skills:


  • Solid understanding of Amazon PPC, including Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaign types
  • Amazon Campaign Manager experience
  • Strong grasp of keyword research fundamentals and familiarity with match types (exact, broad, and phrase)
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken


Must Have Soft Skills: 


  • High reliability, responsibility, and a strong sense of ownership in daily tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate warmly and professionally with team members
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems and optimizing performance
  • Friendly, positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a supportive, productive team environment


Nice-to-have Hard Skills:


  • Experience working with tools like Helium 10 
  • Understanding of listing optimization, SEO-driven content, or catalog management
  • Familiarity with additional Amazon tools, analytics platforms, or marketplace best practices


Nice-to-have Soft Skills:


  • Interest in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of campaign performance
