Your Main Responsibilities

• Implement tailored optimization strategies for high-value customers.
• Oversee and refine social media advertising campaigns, primarily with Google Ads.
• Build targeted keyword lists, create bidding plans, and provide budget recommendations.
• Expand your skills across Google marketing products (Search, Mobile, YouTube).
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and prepare insightful KPI-driven reports.
• Continuously optimize campaign performance to improve ROI and customer satisfaction.
  
  
  

What You Need

• German C2 (spoken & written)
• English at intermediate level
• At least 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization (Google Ads preferred)
• Solid understanding of performance KPIs
• Strong Excel knowledge (reporting, analysis, formulas)
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage several campaigns at once
  
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working in agencies or with international client portfolios
• Understanding of keyword strategies, YouTube Ads, and mobile advertising
• Background in tech, media, or streaming is a plus
