- German C2 level (written & spoken)
- Intermediate English
- At least 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization (Google Ads preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance KPIs in digital marketing
- Proficiency with Excel (data analysis, reporting, formulas)
- Detail-focused, analytical, and solution-oriented
- Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in a digital agency or with international customer portfolios
- Knowledge of YouTube Ads, mobile advertising, and keyword strategy
- Background in the tech, media, or streaming industry is an advantage
