- Develop structured keyword sets, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations

- Evaluate and interpret performance data, identify patterns, and generate insightful KPI reports
- Continuously test and refine campaign setups to drive stronger ROI and client outcomes
- German C2 level (spoken & written)
- English at intermediate level
- Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization, Google Ads preferred
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIs
- Confident with Excel (data analysis, reports, formulas)
- Analytical, detail-oriented thinker with problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in digital marketing agencies or with international clients
- Familiarity with YouTube Ads, mobile campaigns, and keyword strategies
- Exposure to tech, media, or streaming industries
