You will identify and evaluate new market opportunities, develop actionable strategies, and guide cross-functional teams from concept to execution. Accountabilities:
- Identify, assess, and drive new business and product opportunities in healthcare, focusing on improving patient outcomes and sustainable growth
- Lead high-priority strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives, providing strategic direction and actionable insights
- Collaborate with teams across Business Development, Product, Clinical, and Marketing to align on objectives and inform decision-making
- Develop business cases, pitch decks, product concepts, and prototypes to support the launch of new initiatives
- Mentor junior colleagues, establish best practices, and facilitate process improvements across strategy and innovation teams
- Serve as a strategic and clinical expert in engagement with Life Science customers, supporting the end-to-end sales cycle and product adoption
- MD required; MBA and 3+ years of healthcare strategy consulting strongly preferred
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or MedTech industries highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with strong business and strategic acumen
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and other business analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguous situations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity, resourcefulness, and a growth-oriented learning attitude
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex clinical and business concepts for diverse audiences
