- Assist the Onboarding team with preparing materials, documentation and following up with the new joiners.
- Help the Engagement and Communication team with internal communication and engagement activities.
- Have a frequent interaction with a wide range of individuals and cultures.
- University Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Good organizational skills and tech savvy.
- Detail oriented and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills, people-oriented person.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of excel and in general, Microsoft 365 proficiency.
- Master's degree in human resources management.
- 1 year of experience.
- Previous experience in a tech company or a startup.
