Key Highlights

Builds automated lead acquisition systems, including agentic lead flows, enrichment, scoring, and routing.
Executes data-driven cold email strategies with a focus on deliverability, personalization, and A/B testing.
Continuously improves conversion rates (CRO) across various channels using user behavior insights.
Applies UX principles to design frictionless user journeys and optimize campaign experiences.
Writes clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy for marketing assets.
Collaborates with clients to translate business goals into automation and CRM strategies.
Monitors campaign performance and provides transparent, actionable reporting.
Stays updated with HubSpot, marketing automation best practices, and emerging growth technologies.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep expertise in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation to own the end-to-end setup, optimization, and maintenance of workflows, pipelines, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end setup, optimisation, and maintenance of HubSpot CRM, marketing automation workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement high-performing marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot, Clay, cold email tools, and AI-driven agentic lead workflows.
  • Build automated lead acquisition systems, including agentic lead flows, enrichment, scoring, and routing.
  • Execute data-driven cold email strategies, including sequencing, deliverability optimisation, personalisation, and A/B testing.
  • Continuously improve conversion rates (CRO) across landing pages, funnels, and outreach systems using insights from user behaviour and analytics.
  • Apply strong UX principles to design frictionless user journeys and optimise campaign and website experiences.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy for email sequences, landing pages, workflows, and nurture streams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into actionable automation and CRM strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide transparent reporting with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with HubSpot product changes, marketing automation best practices, and emerging growth technologies.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub administration, automation, and workflow design.
  • HubSpot certifications (Automation, Marketing Hub, Workflows, CRM Implementation, or related).
  • Experience with Clay, cold email platforms, enrichment tools, and agentic/AI-driven lead systems.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, funnel optimisation, lead scoring, and lifecycle mapping.
  • Solid experience in cold email strategy, deliverability, personalisation, and campaign execution.
  • Strong skills in CRO, UX, and designing seamless user flows for improved engagement and conversion.
  • Copywriting skills, especially for cold outreach, email nurture, and landing page content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
