Job Description


An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading global provider of cloud, AI, and content delivery solutions for the media and entertainment industry. We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join this organization.



Main objectives


  • Responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining the company's job architecture, compensation structures, and benefits programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and legal compliance.
  • Leads projects on pay transparency, incentive programs, and benefits strategy while providing expert guidance to HR and business leaders.
  • Analyzes market data and internal trends to drive informed compensation and benefits decisions that support employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational goals.



Responsibilities


  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company's job architecture framework.
  • Conduct detailed job evaluations and analysis to align with compensation and benefits programs.
  • Design, implement, and manage salary structures and pay ranges based on market data.
  • Develop and oversee incentive programs, including performance bonuses, commission plans, and stock options.
  • Design and manage the overall benefits strategy, including vendor management and employee communication.
  • Lead the Pay Transparency Project and ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal equity standards.
  • Consult with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions for offers, promotions, and relocations.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and guide strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance of compensation and benefits programs with local laws and international standards.
  • Lead and contribute to ad-hoc projects, including research, data analysis, and actionable recommendations.



Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purely Compensation and Benefits role
  • Previous experience working with a global technology organization or similar.
  • Proven compensation and benefits experience across multiple countries.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally.
  • Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and processes.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to create focused action plans and derive insights from metrics.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
