Senior Graphic Designer – Pharma Agency Design/Production Studio
Timing: ASAP
Duration: Through December 2025 (potential for extension if a good fit)
Hours per week: 35–40
Location: Fully remote (must be available 9am–5:30pm ET)
Pay Range: $30–45/hr

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical agency, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their fast-paced design and production studio. This role is focused heavily on production design and file preparation — ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives on accuracy, organization, and efficiency within a collaborative creative environment.
The Senior Graphic Designer will partner closely with designers, editors, writers, and project managers to execute high-quality deliverables across print and digital channels while maintaining adherence to brand and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production design tasks, ensuring all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and package design files for both print and digital formats with precision and consistency.
- Maintain meticulous organization of digital assets, ensuring proper version control and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative output meets project goals, timelines, and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot design and file-related issues, providing timely, practical solutions.
- Uphold best practices for file setup, prepress, and digital handoffs across the agency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of design or production design experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare communications.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of production standards, file management, and packaging protocols for both print and digital outputs.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to balance speed and precision in a high-volume studio setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; team-first mindset.
- US-based and available to work standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work is a plus.
