Moog's Commercial Aircraft Group is seeking a Senior Quality Business Analyst for a hybrid position in East Aurora, NY.
As a Sr. Quality Business Analyst, you will analyze quality-related data to identify, drive, and report out on continuous improvement initiatives, supporting various stakeholders across the Quality Organization.
To Be Considered For The Role, You'll Typically Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of data analytics experience
- Working experience in, or direct exposure to, Quality Assurance and Quality Control in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of Operations, Engineering, and Finance’s roles in an organization
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and data analytics software
- Perform detailed analysis of quality data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities
- Define and develop metrics and associated dashboards to quantify quality performance across the business
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams to develop and implement solutions to complex issues
- Improve and streamline processes to enable faster detection, understanding, and response to quality issues
- Drive proactive and predictive continuous improvement initiatives
- Evaluate business objectives to identify where new or enhanced processes or systems are required; develop and recommend final solutions
- Quantify and govern effectiveness of completed actions
- Regularly present findings and updates to quality leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
