Job Description
Our client, a leader in luxury beauty, is looking to bring on an HRIS Analyst (Analyst, Talent Technology) for a 6 month contract, ASAP.
This is 100% remote.
This individual will play a key role in assisting the management and execution of the talent technology needs for our global talent management systems. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs. Must thoroughly understand Company policies and procedures to ensure that decisions are in compliance. Manage project implementations and ensuring compliance regarding legal and data privacy issues. Develop key performance metrics and analytics. Drive user adoption and gather feedback from users for continual system enhancements and improvements. The systems include but are not limited to applicant tracking systems, performance management systems, reporting databases, interview and assessment tools, job landing pages, and job board aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders which include HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Legal and Technology teams, driving an integrated approach to full lifecycle recruitment operations
- Evaluate business needs and the impact on people, process and technology
- Internal consulting skills, with demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, take risks, champion and influence change
- Must be able to proactively stay informed of industry best practices, local legal and regulatory requirement and drive implementation where appropriate
- Drive user adoption and gather feedback from users for continual enhancements and improvements
- Partner with the HR Transformation team to support transition activities, process adoption and adherence, and overall service delivery model execution
- Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve issues that are raised and provide resolution
- Perform system configuration and updates based on approved legal and business requirements
- Provide project management support with documentation of functional and technical requirements, process flows, design workflows, and meeting notes
- Generate custom, ad hoc, and dashboard reports using web analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, activity within the system, adherence to process, and as requested by our recruitment partners.
- Provide technical support for integrations, system defects and errors
- Conduct training regarding new system functionality, enhancements, legislative and process changes
- Works independently collaborating directly with system, business, and process owners to provide effective materials which may include job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, and online videos
Requirements
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure the highest level of quality responding to end user requests, data analysis, and configuration
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Experience working in a global virtual team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal/external cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle varying workloads with a high degree of accuracy
- Proactive, organized, detail oriented, and quality driven
- Experience handling confidential information
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 1 years of strong analytical and project management experience
- Strong experience in MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint,
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources working with applicant tracking or other related talent management systems
