Product Manager - SaaS Platform

As a Product Manager, you’ll lead product initiatives that shape the future of our platform and deliver real impact for millions of workers.

What You Bring

You have a solid educational foundation — ideally in Business, Computer Science, Data, or a related field — and 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.

You’re driven, ambitious, and turn insights, data, and customer feedback into meaningful product decisions. You bring structure, clarity, and momentum — even when things get complex.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven Product Management experience in SaaS and a track record of shipping valuable, high-quality product solutions
• Strong analytical and communication skills — able to translate data into action and communicate clearly and confidently
• A solid understanding of modern product discovery and delivery, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
• A collaborative, relationship-driven mindset paired with ambition, energy, and a passion for building products that solve real problems

What to Expect in the Recruitment Process

We aim to make the recruitment process engaging and efficient:

1. Intro Call

A short, informal conversation with HR to get to know each other and align on the

basics.

2. Technical Interview

A deep dive into your product experience, problem-solving approach, and technical/product-thinking skills.

3. Case Day

A half-day session where you meet several team members and work through real scenarios:

• Product & Technical Deep Dive with our Product and Engineering Leads
• Case Study where you tackle a realistic product challenge
• Culture Conversation to explore collaboration, values, and team fit

Our goal is to complete the full process within 2–3 weeks.
