This role places you at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer experience, guiding technical and platform products from ideation through launch. You will work closely with engineering, content, and operations teams to define product requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure a seamless experience for users. Using data, research, and stakeholder feedback, you will prioritize initiatives that balance scalability, technical feasibility, and customer impact. You will influence product direction, improve processes, and mentor team members to drive meaningful outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into scalable product solutions
- Define and manage API integrations, data pipelines, and system dependencies across platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS, CRM, analytics)
- Lead technical discovery for new initiatives, evaluating feasibility, dependencies, and system impact
- Ensure product reliability, observability, and performance through QA and DevOps collaboration
- Support release readiness, including versioning, documentation, and feature flag management
- Use data, market research, and user insights to prioritize and inform product initiatives
- Balance customer needs with business objectives and contribute to backlog and roadmap management
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing technical or platform products
- Proven experience leading cross-functional software delivery with engineering, data, and QA teams
- Experience managing API-driven products, SaaS platforms, or data integration pipelines
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across complex teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team engagement
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as required
