  • Support visa, work permit, and legal documentation processes.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as an HR partner to leadership, communicating priorities and KPIs.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of People & Culture operations.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and present HR & TA reports (turnover, TTH, engagement, performance, etc.).
  • Lead HR internal audit processes and support external audit readiness.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements based on data insights.

Performance, L&D & Culture

  • Oversee performance management cycles and track performance trends.
  • Support onboarding, technical training, and soft-skills development programs.
  • Contribute to role mapping, job description updates, and workforce planning.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR/People & Culture experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in public accounting, audit, consulting, or other professional services is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of U.S. labor practices or direct experience with U.S.-based HR is preferred.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and modern HR tools.
  • Strong communication and confidentiality awareness.
  • Analytical mindset; ability to interpret HR data and create insights.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to support an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
