Job Description
About Us
Circle is building the world's leading all‑in‑one platform for online communities. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
We’re a fully remote company of around 200 members from 30+ countries. We have no formal hours but we manage high expectations closely, collaborate asynchronously across time zones, and document extensively. Twice a year we host company off‑sites in beautiful places around the world.
About The Role
Circle has experienced significant growth, reaching $50M ARR, and is now focused on building advanced data and AI infrastructure to empower our sales team to be 10x more effective. This role is part of our Data & Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and combines analytics engineering, AI application development, and sales enablement. You will work directly with the sales team to develop and deploy AI solutions that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue expansion.
As an AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining systems that detect signals from various sources such as community engagement, product usage, social platforms, and third-party tools. Your work will involve creating scalable data pipelines, scoring and prioritizing accounts, and deploying AI-powered applications to automate and enhance sales workflows. You will also develop predictive models, dashboards, and tools that provide actionable insights to the sales team, helping them identify high‑intent prospects and forecast pipeline health.
This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, data modeling, and AI frameworks. You will prototype and iterate rapidly on AI solutions, including lead scoring models, conversational interfaces, and agentic systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, RevOps, and Product will be essential to ensure alignment with business goals and to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations, making you a key driver of our growth strategy.
