As The Director, Client Partner-Enterprise You Will

  • Client Management & Leadership: Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic alignment of account team recommendations with client objectives and fostering trust with senior client stakeholders, while partnering with internal leadership to address escalations and facilitate timely issue resolution. Proactively Identify high-value moments to present, connect, and meet with the key client stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships, provide insight, and influence change
  • Client Onboarding & Transitions: Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing account potential through the introduction of new ideas, strategies, and growth opportunities. Ensure we are accurately and efficiently delivering on ad operations (tracking) requirements, and partner with the ad ops team to provide best-in-class guidance for clients where needed
  • Team Leadership and Development: Responsible for providing timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks, conducting weekly 1:1 meetings to offer ongoing support, ensuring adherence to scorecard tasks, effectively managing client relationships, delivering best-in-class products, fostering team building, and facilitating career growth through clear goal-setting, feedback loops, and educational development, while maintaining certifications and staying updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning initiatives
  • Business Acumen and Financial KPIs: Collaborate closely with Pod Leader and Directors throughout the pod to achieve financial targets and objectives, ensuring efficiency with staffing plans and allocations as well as client margin
  • Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry, consumer, platform, and relevant vertical trends. Implement cutting-edge tactics and technologies. Drive innovative ideas and approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and bring true value to our clients
  • Client Education: Equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to speak about strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of the client’s business, and the industry overall, to enhance client strategies and recommendations
  • Channel Specific Expertise: Leverage strong omnichannel knowledge (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to oversee development of strategic plans, ensuring clear alignment of channel recommendations with clients business goals.

Professional Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Management experience necessary.
  • Expertise in multiple digital platforms and how they work together. Google Analytics. Research tools such as: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
  • Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

The hiring salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
