About The Project

Join a global delivery team providing Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) to leading international customers.

We are looking for two experienced professionals to take on the role of Virtual Application Service Manager (vASM), responsible for delivering high-quality technical services and operational excellence across multiple SAP landscapes.

As part of this role, you will work remotely with global teams to ensure smooth operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement within the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Customer Application Services (CAS) according to the ASM RACI and Statement of Work (SoW).
  • Participate in Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and maintain service documentation.
  • Oversee escalation management, incident resolution, and service planning.
  • Perform system monitoring, apply security notes, and manage system performance.
  • Identify, document, and report service improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders to ensure service continuity.


Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in SAP Application Operations (SAP Basis, HANA, Monitoring).
  • Strong technical expertise combined with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in international, distributed teams.
  • Relevant professional certifications (SAP, ITIL, etc.).
  • Availability to work remotely with occasional flexibility for extended customer support.


Technical Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Application Operations.
  • Solid knowledge of:
    • Monitoring tools: SAP Solution Manager, Dynatrace
    • Security Notes & Patch Management
    • Performance & Data Management
  • Prior experience in an ASM / vASM role is highly preferred.

Functional & Soft Skills

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.


Recommended Certifications

  • SAP Technology Associate / SAP Basis
  • ITIL Foundation or Expert
  • SAP Activate (for L5-level roles)
