- Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll operations and benefits administration for a remote workforce
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organizational design, and performance management
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within people operations
- Expertise in compensation administration, total rewards, payroll, HRIS, and talent acquisition
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, distributed teams
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience in health tech environments
- Familiarity with HRIS and people systems such as Rippling, Greenhouse, or Pave
- High emotional intelligence and integrity in handling sensitive information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
