What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead and inspire the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams, promoting high performance and collaboration
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and total rewards programs
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll operations and benefits administration for a remote workforce
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organizational design, and performance management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within people operations
  • Expertise in compensation administration, total rewards, payroll, HRIS, and talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, distributed teams
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills

  • Experience in health tech environments
  • Familiarity with HRIS and people systems such as Rippling, Greenhouse, or Pave
  • High emotional intelligence and integrity in handling sensitive information
