As we continue expanding across the U.S., we’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing and recruitment efforts across departments, with a focus on sales, operations, and support roles.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter with strong headhunting skills and the ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, identify top talent, and help shape a high-performing, mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage top candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling
- Conduct candidate screenings and assess alignment with role and culture
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on priorities and hiring plans
- Maintain and optimize our ATS and recruitment workflows
- Provide a great candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Recommend improvements to our sourcing, outreach, and hiring strategies
- Work on onboarding and talent success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English (written and spoken, C1/C2 level)
- Strong experience in headhunting and proactive sourcing (especially on LinkedIn)
- Prior experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles
- Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines independently
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, Google Suite, and Slack
Requirements:
- Full-time availability
- Stable internet and professional remote work setup
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
