Job Summary:

  • The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • This role involves coordinating content, managing digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and assisting cross-functional teams—all while working fully remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web
  • Create and schedule content for social platforms, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to support marketing projects
  • Manage and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and documentation
  • Support brand awareness initiatives and ensure brand consistency
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media trends
