The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our remote team. This leadership role is crucial for optimizing our digital marketing operations. What You'll Do
- Technology & Process Optimization: Identifying and integrating new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance agency efficiency, automate workflows, and improve marketing metrics analysis.
- Technical & Team Leadership: Prioritizing projects, understanding business and technical requirements and contingencies, and following through on delivery and fulfillment of project guidelines and requirements.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Delivering insightful reports on marketing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and client relations.
- System Administration & Automation: Overseeing the administration and optimization of lead management and CRM systems, and implementing AI-powered automation tools for lead nurturing and communication.
- Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Ensuring robust tracking and analysis of marketing campaign performance across various channels to optimize conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proven technical expertise with digital marketing platforms and technologies, including CRMs, GoHighLevel, Zapier, marketing automation, lead tracking, campaign management, and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead successful projects.
- Strong track record of team leadership, mentorship, and effective management of internal and external resources.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to report on performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions to technical problems, and apply solutions across the company's technology and accounts.
