Our client — a fast-growing technology and services company — is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead nationwide recruiting efforts across technology, operations, and sales functions.
This is a fully remote leadership position ideal for a strategic talent professional who thrives in a dynamic, scaling environment.
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll build and manage recruiting strategies to attract top talent across the U.S., develop strong pipelines, and work closely with executive leadership to align hiring plans with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full-cycle recruiting process across technology, operations, and sales teams.
- Develop and execute data-driven recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to forecast talent requirements and workforce planning.
- Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruiting team (internal and contract).
- Implement effective sourcing strategies leveraging technology, networks, and employer branding.
- Oversee candidate experience to ensure a seamless and engaging process.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, report on performance, and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Build partnerships with universities, professional networks, and external recruiters as needed
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven experience hiring for technology, operations, and sales positions across multiple U.S. regions.
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, diversity hiring, and employer branding.
- Experience working with modern ATS platforms and recruiting automation tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with remote teams.
Preferred Experience
- Background in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Experience scaling teams for high-growth or venture-backed companies.
- Familiarity with offshore or hybrid recruitment models is a plus.
