Job Description


Leads full-cycle recruiting and provides hands-on talent acquisition and people operation support across the employee experience. This role manages sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while supporting onboarding, engagement, and core people processes. The Talent & People Partner partners closely with hiring managers and the People team to attract top talent, ensure compliance, and create a consistent, high-quality employee experience from hire to offboarding.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through every stage with a strong focus on candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and align on hiring goals
  • Manage postings across job boards, ATS, and social platforms to attract diverse, qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processes
  • Support new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and strong first impression
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions, introducing company culture, policies, and tools
  • Maintain accurate recruiting and employee data in HR systems (Rippling, ATS, etc.)
  • Support people operations such as employee relations, policy administration, and compliance
  • Partner on engagement and retention initiatives, including surveys, recognition, and learning opportunities
  • Help design and continuously improve talent acquisition and people operation processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Assist with employee lifecycle tasks such as promotions, transfers, and offboarding
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, ensuring confidentiality and consistency in responses
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring

  • 5-7 years of experience in recruiting and/or people operation roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and attracting top talent while owning full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and key PeopleOps processes
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with or enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline recruiting workflows, elevate the employee experience, and drive smarter, data-informed PeopleOps decisions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Rippling, Greenhouse, Google Workspace or other HR and recruiting platforms preferred
  • Passionate about building teams, improving processes, and delivering an exceptional employee experience

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and years of relevant experience. In addition to the base salary, this role offers a bonus opportunity. Bonus compensation will depend on individual performance and company performance.
