THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented SEO On Page to join our dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help define, create, plan, and develop the on-Page SEO strategy.
• Audit our URLs & competitor URLs to understand the pattern and provide suggestions accordingly.
• Use keyword research tools and large SEO datasets to meticulously identify, research, and prioritize key traffic and revenue-driving terms from which to write and optimize website copy, and metadata and implement interlinking strategies.
• Perform SEO and content audits, using Natural Language Processing (NLP) datasets plus other resources and techniques, to finalize and publish draft content, and to improve existing content Collaborate with Marketing & SEO Managers to drive on-page optimization and content strategy.
• Generate creative content topic ideas for SEO campaigns.
• Collaborate with in-house copywriters and manage contract copywriters to produce articles from conception to draft (80%) stage.
• Review the content once published & provide feedback for improvement (from on-page, UX & technical SEO perspective).
• Collaborate with the design and development teams, as needed, to format and publish final-form content on multiple WordPress sites.
• Syndicate selected content across third-party sites, utilizing appropriate canonical tags, to help establish E-A-T (Expertise, Authority, Trust).
• Monitor and analyze published content, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement regarding on-page, user journey metrics and technical SEO.
• Conduct regular on-page audits and provide recommendations for on-page optimization including header structure and content improvements, internal linking, featured snippet optimizations, CTR improvements & etc.
• Develop reports for Executive-level discussions based on data-driven findings and analysis.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in SEO.
• Proactive, diligent, and hands-on approach.
• Capable of working independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent research skills.
• Experience with navigating and writing content in WordPress.
• Comfortable using project management tools.
