Senior Data Scientist - AdTech

Main responsibilities

• Uncover trends and insights by independently exploring complex datasets and resolving intricate data challenges.
• Build and deploy full-cycle data science solutions—from exploratory analysis to scalable, high-performing models—focused on improving ad targeting, bidding, and campaign results.
• Work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to turn requirements into impactful, data-driven strategies that boost advertising performance and ROI.
• Improve and fine-tune existing ML models and data pipelines within the ad-tech space, ensuring they remain efficient and aligned with a fast-moving market.

Core skills/experience

• 3+ years of experience in data science, preferably in a product-focused environment
• 2+ years of experience in AdTech (or related field).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn how to derive insights from datasets.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Tech Stack:

• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Experience with frameworks such as PySpark and Pandas
• Skilled with cloud services (e.g., AWS)
• Hands-on experience in DNN model training libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hydra, Comet)
• Experience in the AdTech industry is required
